1. General Return Policy (7-Day Return)
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Late requests will not be accepted.
For in-store purchases: Please inspect items thoroughly before leaving the counter. Issues found after leaving will not be accepted.
Returned items must be brand new, unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, gifts, and anti-tamper stickers intact.
The store reserves the right to reject returns if there are signs of use, damage, missing parts, or damaged packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable once opened (e.g., celebrity-autographed cards, limited-edition cards). Please confirm before purchase.
2. Refund for Orders Cancelled Due to Out-of-Stock
We’re sorry if your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortage or other reasons. The system will automatically cancel the affected item(s).

Any used coupons or vouchers will also be refunded together using the same method.
3. Refund Processing Policy
- After the returned item is inspected and confirmed to meet return conditions, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will always be issued via the original payment method (no cash or store credit conversion).
- Refund processing time: approximately 3–14 business days (depends on payment method and bank).
- The store may deduct administrative fees, handling charges, or original shipping fees. Final refund amount is subject to review.

- 很抱歉,若訂單因缺貨或其他原因無法出貨,為免您久候,系統將自動取消該品項。
- 退款方式(可二選一):① 原付款方式退回 → 最快5個工作天到帳② Beehive Dollar 退回帳戶 → 最快1個工作天到帳
- 已使用的優惠券、消費券金額也會一併退回(同上述方式)。
3. 退款處理政策
- 商品退回後經檢查確認符合退貨條件,才會進行退款。
- 退款一律原路退回原始付款方式(不轉現金或儲值金)。
- 退款到帳時間約3–14個工作天(視付款方式與銀行而定)。
- 店家可能扣除行政費、處理費或原運費,實際退款金額以審核結果為準。
